Perfectly Planned will be available through e-mail, telephone and scheduled meetings to ensure every detail is perfect
- Meet with Bride and Groom two weeks prior to wedding date to finalize all details and prepare wedding weekend itinerary- Work side by side with your vendors to ensure they are providing you with the ultimate service
- Collect all items that need to be at the wedding ceremony & reception site (guest book, programs, place cards, favors, etc.)
- Collect all personal items (champagne glasses, cake knife, guest book, etc.)
- Greet wedding party and ensure everyone knows their roles
- Assist florist with pinning boutonnieres and corsages on bridal party and special guests
- Attend rehearsal
- Provide a coordinator to be at the wedding ceremony and reception to act as the on-site contact (Will be there 2 hours before the wedding ceremony starts and stay through the garter/bouquet toss at the wedding reception.)
